AN ACCLAIMED FRENCH CHAMPAGNE
“Light colour, Fresh grapefruit, yeasty aromas with tonic water notes. Lovely creamy wine with fresh grapefruit, tonic water, lemon curd flavours, yeasty, grilled nut complexity, fine light chalky textures, sprightly effervescnece and superb mineral length. Very attractive elegant refreshing style. 94 points – Andrew Caillard

“The wines are well made, full of life, and have plenty of fruit to make them enjoyable. If you have one glass, you will reach for another and that is the best sign.”

We claim the freedom to be light!
Our expression is that of a French joyous sophistication which is supported by high-quality and very fresh wines. We want to get back to the tradition of champagne: a wine of celebration, a convivial wine. Brimoncourt is a champagne of fun, of lightness. A wine that doesn’t intimidate, that you drink for pure pleasure, and not in formality. Formality is great, so is being carefree!
From a French success to The American Dream
The Brimoncourt wines made quite an impression on the critics. The champagne House has enjoyed an astonishingly rapid success, and broken through to foreign markets: Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Britain. Even the Élysée Palace is a regular customer…
About Brut Régence
Beautiful and creamy foam appears upon serving, beautiful and glowing straw color of medium intensity, full of gold reflections.
The dominant Chardonnay feature creates a delicate, subtle and very elegant bouquet. It reveals white flower aromas and the Pinot Noir adds to this charming fruity notes. Its affirmed minerality gives it distinction and nobility. Its finesse and elegance encourages sharing. Best savoured on a lime and sea bass tartar, a langoustine ceviche, a poached turbot with mousseline sauce, melting scallops on braised leeks and of course and above all, as a shared aperitif.
